Fintech platform MobiKwik has announced two major leadership promotions aimed at reinforcing its core operations and accelerating innovation. Saurabh Dwivedi has been elevated to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), while Dhruv Wadhera has been promoted to Senior Vice President (SVP), Offline Payments.
Dwivedi, who joined the company in August 2023 as SVP of Engineering – Payments, will now lead all engineering efforts across Payments, Financial Services, Core Platform, Infrastructure, and InfoSec. With over two decades of experience, including a notable tenure at MakeMyTrip, he is expected to drive AI-led initiatives within the company. These include AI-assisted product development, enhanced collections systems, and a more personalized customer experience.
Wadhera, who has been spearheading the offline payments vertical since June 2023, will now focus on scaling MobiKwik’s merchant network across Bharat. With a strong background in the food tech and fintech space, Wadhera previously served in senior leadership roles at Zomato, including VP and Sales Director.
Commenting on the promotions, Bipin Preet Singh, Co-founder and CEO of MobiKwik, said:

MobiKwik currently boasts a robust ecosystem with over 176 million users and a merchant network of 4.6 million across India.
Financially, the company reported flat revenue of ₹268 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to the same quarter last year. However, for the full fiscal year, MobiKwik posted a 33.9% increase in revenue, reaching ₹1,192 crore in FY25. Despite the growth, the company incurred a net loss of ₹56 crore in the fourth quarter.
With these leadership appointments, MobiKwik is clearly signaling its intent to double down on technological innovation and merchant expansion, as it continues its mission to reshape digital payments and financial services across India.
