Rimigo’s $550K Leap: Meet the Travel-Tech Startup Making International Holidays Effortless with AI.

Imagine telling an app where you want to go on vacation—and it plans everything for you. From flights to hidden-gem cafés, all tailored to your taste. That’s the vision behind Rimigo, a Bengaluru-based travel-tech startup that just secured $550,000 in a pre-seed round co-led by Japan’s Reazon Capital and SGgrow Capital, with backing from seasoned Indian angel investors like S RamadoraiRavi NigamShashank Deshpande, and Ujjwal Jain.

Founded in 2024 by Sahil Sharma, Shubham Chintalwar, and Aditya Shirole, Rimigo was born out of a simple, shared frustration—how complicated international travel still feels in 2025. Booking a holiday abroad can feel like assembling a puzzle with a thousand mismatched pieces. Rimigo wants to be your co-pilot through it all, using AI-driven personalisation, collaborative tools, and curated insights to create vacation plans that feel more like magic than work.

“Planning a trip shouldn’t feel like a second job,” says co-founder Sahil Sharma. “We built Rimigo to take the heavy lifting off the traveller’s shoulders.”

Here’s how it works: you tell Rimigo where you want to go and what kind of vacation you’re dreaming of. The platform then builds an end-to-end itinerary—flights, stays, food, and fun, all powered by AI and tailored to your vibe. Whether you’re a solo wanderer chasing sunsets or a family looking for kid-friendly adventures, Rimigo learns your preferences and adapts.

The newly raised funds will be used to expand Rimigo’s product, grow its travel-tech team, and deepen its AI capabilities. But it’s not just talk—they’ve already run a beta phase with 120 planned trips, 50 of which have successfully taken off. Many users are now repeat customers or have become brand evangelists.

Behind the tech is a human-first mission. “Travel isn’t just about logistics,” adds Shubham Chintalwar. “It’s about experience. Our AI is a tool, but the real goal is to bring back the joy of discovery without the stress.”

As more travelers look for meaningful, personalized, and hassle-free trips, Rimigo is tapping into a fast-growing space—where AI meets aspiration. And with a strong early response, the startup seems well on its way to turning spontaneous getaways into smart, seamless journeys.

Because with Rimigo, your dream vacation doesn’t just stay a dream—it’s just a few taps away.
